Older and piston driven compressors will have a high condensateand oil out put. Using a Sata combination filter unit will ensure every job will be blemish free.

Sata combination filter installed in spraybooth normaly will require central location preferably at low chest height and a 9m air line connection for optimum flexibillty when painting a car.

Sata combination filter will eliminate oil and water from the air line and produce 100% clean air for connection to full face fresh air mask.

Stage 1 filter cartridge seperates particals larger than 5 microns as well as condensation and oil. When condensation reaches a certain level, there is a built in automatic discharge pressurising the condensate and forcing it out throught the drain hose.

Stage 2 filter cartridge seperatesc tiny particles according to the filtration capacity  of the cartridge used. ( 0.01 microns) The filter contains an activated charcoal cartidge removing all impurities. Cartridge life cycle 6 months
