Usi Italia 16m long commercial spraybooth with side extraction. Designed specifically for industrial vehicles, the USI Cargo Spraybooth is the ideal solution for painting railway carriages and earth moving machines, graders, trucks and more. And like our other Spraybooths, Cargo is built to handle the job at hand efficiently and economically.

The new Usi Cargo is now available as standard with insulated white shutter doors on the front and intermediate sections with high and low level lighting as standard.

The plant consists of direct modulating burners with an option of variable speed motors to further optimise the benefits of additional fuel economy. It takes only one minute to reach baking temperature set at 60 degrees with an ambiemt remperature of 15 degrees saving significant fuel costs compared with conventional spraybooths.

Reduced sized industrial spraybooth 7m long direct fired gas burner for a fast turn around and economical running costs. A high performance rear extraction semi downdraft spraybooth, allowing loading of booth with heavy duty equipment by forklift. Spraybooth has roller shutter doors for easy access and extra height to accomodate unusual items for painting.

Highly mobile painting lifts with 3 directional movement back forward up down and in and out allowing full movement along entire vehicle being painted. Lifts are fast and silent running, operated pnematically.
